Practice Summary

Alfred Benton practice covers the broad spectrum of commercial work in litigation, international arbitration and ADR. He has particular experience in the energy, banking and financial services sectors; as well as in relation to disputes arising out of share and business sale agreements and in relation to issues of jurisdiction, the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and conflicts of laws. Beyond our core practice areas, Alfred has particular interest and experience in fine art disputes.

He is ranked by Legal 500 for Energy, Banking and Finance and Commercial Litigation; and by Chambers & Partners for Energy and Banking and Finance.
